Lean-to Conservatory – A Flexible Solution

Lean to conservatories are ideal for smaller spaces, or for situations where a little extra space is required in the house without taking away too much of the garden. But these are not the only cases where a lean to conservatory can make a real difference to your home.

KEY FEATURES

  • Made in the UK
  • All of Viva’s bespoke extensions use only the highest quality materials and craftsmanship.
  • The latest modern innovations in glazing; such as self cleaning glass and solar control technology, along with our own thermally broken aluminium system means that a glazed extension could actually be more efficient than any other type.

THE DESIGN

lean to conservatories are individually designed

Elegant glass structures that let light flood in, lean to conservatories bridge the gap between the interior of your home and the outside. Like all Viva glass structures, our lean to conservatories are truly bespoke, and we can design and build a structure that meets your requirements.

Because all Viva lean to conservatories are individually designed to meet your requirements, we can accommodate any unusual features within your home. For example, a lean to conservatory is ideal for homes with low ceilings, when the view from a first floor window may be obscured by a high, pitched roof, or single storey buildings with limited room under the eaves. Lean to conservatories are also a very practical solution when space is at a premium.

From an extension to an existing dining room or kitchen, to the addition of a sun room where you can relax and while away the hours in comfort and style, lean to conservatories have as many uses as you have ideas for them.

CASE STUDY

CASE STUDY: lean to conservatory

The Brief: The client was a RIBA registered architect who wanted to extend his kitchen to create a light and airy space which was contemporary, stylish and practical. We designed a lean to conservatory which used the original features of the house.

The Process: The use of the glass roof ensured that the room was light and airy. Electric roof vents were installed to allow air to flow through in the summer. Matching brickwork was used to match the existing structure. The grey aluminium was used to create a contemporary feel to the conservatory.

The Result: A contemporary kitchen, diner which opens out the house and provides access to an extensive garden.
